Description:
The position is for a Software Developer II at Rackspace, specifically within the global governance, risk, and compliance team.
The primary responsibility includes the creation and ongoing management of the Rackspace eGRC platform and the unified risk and control framework.
The role involves deploying RSA Archer modules to support various areas such as Operational Risk Management, IT Security Risk Management, control framework development and management (PCI, ISO 27001, SOC, NIST), control testing and automation, Third Party/Vendor Assurance, Audit Management, Reporting and analytics, and Policy Management.
The eGRC project is a highly visible and business-critical initiative, requiring support for two primary workstreams: preparation for eGRC (RSA Archer) implementation and development of eGRC tooling.
The candidate should possess skills to support at least one of these workstreams, ideally both.
Responsibilities include rationalizing business requirements for eGRC tooling, providing guidance on operating models for RSA Archer, developing project workstreams, creating a unified control framework, configuring RSA Archer, and managing Archer testing and release management.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a strong understanding of RSA Archer and experience in building applications from the ground up.
A proven track record of working with Archer on large, enterprise-wide rollouts is essential.
The ability to consume and rationalize business requirements in the context of eGRC tooling and RSA Archer is required.
Candidates should be able to provide guidance to teams and stakeholders on ideal operating models consumable by RSA Archer.
Development and prioritization of project workstreams to manage RSA Archer dependencies early in the project lifecycle is necessary.
Technical skills to configure and develop RSA Archer to meet requirements are essential.
A technical understanding of ideal Archer deployment architecture is required to articulate technical requirements to infrastructure teams.
Candidates should understand the RSA Archer suite of products to ensure correct module planning and deployment.
The ability to create both technical and non-technical documentation is necessary.
Understanding of data management and data quality techniques is required.
Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to articulate issues in non-GRC and non-technical terms are essential.
