Description:

We are looking for a Senior Cloud Architect specializing in Azure who is experienced at leading application migration assessments and cloud readiness evaluations.
The successful candidate will deliver high-quality architectural designs and have expertise in Azure, networking, security, IAM, Kubernetes (AKS), containers, Azure App Service, DevOps practices, and GitHub Actions.
This role requires strong analytical abilities, proactive communication, and outstanding soft skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and teams.
Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive application migration and cloud readiness assessments, leading architectural designs covering Azure Well Architected Framework pillars, and facilitating requirement-gathering workshops.
The candidate will develop and present Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) calculations and migration cost analyses to stakeholders.
They will provide expert guidance throughout cloud migration and modernization projects, ensuring alignment with architectural best practices.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineers, developers, project managers, and business stakeholders, is essential.
The role demands clear, concise, and proactive communication across all levels of the organization.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Cloud Architect, specifically in application migrations and modernizations within Azure environments is required.
Deep technical knowledge in Azure Cloud services, networking, security frameworks, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Kubernetes (AKS), container technologies, and Azure App Service is necessary.
Strong hands-on experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD using GitHub Actions or similar tools is essential.
The candidate must demonstrate the ability to conduct effective cloud assessments and translate business needs into high-quality architectural designs.
Exceptional soft skills, including clear communication, proactive engagement, and effective teamwork, are required for this position.
