The company is seeking an experienced Integrations Engineer to join their team, either in Rzeszów, Łódź, Białystok, or remotely from Poland.
The role involves building a two-sided marketplace for the chemical industry, addressing engineering challenges related to data ingestion and search performance.
The Integrations Engineer will connect systems and applications, ensuring seamless workflows across cloud platforms and on-prem systems.
Responsibilities include leading the development of AI RAG agents, designing data processing pipelines, integrating internal APIs, and contributing to system architecture.
The position requires writing clean, efficient code, implementing best practices, and mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5 years of commercial experience in the Python ecosystem.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in machine learning, data science, natural language processing, or related fields is required.
Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI libraries such as Langchain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras is essential.
Proficiency in data science tools like Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib for data manipulation and visualization is necessary.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on optimizing AI and machine learning models are required.
Hands-on experience with vector stores, preferably Qdrant, is needed.
Experience with API development and integration is essential.
Familiarity with data processing pipelines and associated tools is required.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within scope is necessary.
Candidates should have demonstrable experience in leading or significantly contributing to AI or chatbot projects.
The ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment is required.
Proficiency in Elasticsearch or other full-text search engines is a plus.
Fluency in speaking and writing English is mandatory.
