Description:

LILT is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Business Systems Architect to lead the technology strategy and oversee the implementation of key systems.
This is a critical role that will shape LILT's technology landscape and ensure systems are scalable, robust, and aligned with business goals.
The position is part-time, approximately 20 hours per week, with working hours that must overlap with US PST or EST.
Responsibilities include developing and maintaining a comprehensive enterprise architecture, leading the implementation of a new CPQ and billing system, optimizing existing systems, championing integration across platforms, ensuring data integrity, providing technical leadership, and effectively communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in enterprise software architecture, with a focus on SaaS.
A deep knowledge of Salesforce, JIRA, NetSuite, and modern billing platforms is required, with hands-on experience being a significant plus.
Experience with data integration platforms (such as Fivetran, Hightouch, Stitch, Zapier, Workato, etc.) and API-driven architectures is essential, along with a good understanding of data migration and ETL processes.
Familiarity with marketing automation systems and their integration with CRM platforms is necessary.
A proven track record of successfully implementing large-scale billing system projects is required.
Strong understanding of data warehousing and analytical skills is essential.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are necessary.
Candidates should be proactive problem-solvers with a hands-on approach, adaptable to a fast-paced, growing environment, and strategic thinkers with the ability to execute tactical solutions.
