Remote Cloud Engineer

Description:

• Cyrex, a security and software development company, is seeking a talented intermediate/senior level Cloud Engineer to join their internal development team.
• The Cloud Engineer will be responsible for tackling complex problems, providing technical guidance, and actively contributing to the team's daily activities.
• The role involves having technical oversight of cloud architecture/infrastructure and backend stack of a specific project.
• The Cloud Engineer will work with a diverse, international team of experts to deliver top-notch quality on products.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cloud architecture/development.
• Advanced knowledge of AWS services, especially networking.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Go.
• Advanced experience in Terraform/OpenTofu for IaC.
• Solid knowledge of Kubernetes to create/manage a cluster comfortably.
• Good grasp of web application security.
• Some experience with SQL.
• Proficiency in CI/CD and automation.
• Must be a problem solver.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work well in a team.
