Requirements:

Candidates must have 10+ years of professional software experience, with over 2 years focused on infrastructure/platform roles.
A proven track record of making an impact in previous organizations is required.
Experience driving technical excellence through improvements in processes, practices, and tools, including test automation, CI/CD, and DevOps practices, is essential.
Strong communication skills are necessary for this role.
Candidates should be excited to work in a fast-paced environment and possess an ownership mindset, being comfortable with responsibility and accountability.
A thoughtful approach to creating and maintaining a world-class engineering culture is expected.

ClassDojo offers competitive salary ranges based on geographic location, experience, and skillset.
The salary range for positions in CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT states is $171,500 - $244,000 (USD).
For all other states in the US, the salary range is $146,000 - $207,500 (USD).
