Description:

As a Cost Segregation Project Engineer in the Mid-Atlantic Region, you will be responsible for creating detailed cost segregation reports, conducting site visits, inputting building assets into spreadsheets, and generating comprehensive reports.
You will collaborate with management staff to ensure report accuracy, attend meetings, maintain clear communication with sales teams and clients, and tackle unique project challenges.
The ideal candidate will be an independent worker, effective communicator, detail-oriented, problem solver, tech-savvy, adaptable, team player, trustworthy, critical thinker, client-focused, resourceful, analytical, and possess a minimum of a four-year engineering or technical degree.

Requirements:

Possess a minimum of a four-year engineering or technical degree.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to read and understand architectural and engineering construction plans and specifications.
Willingness and ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
