Description:

Camunda is seeking a Data Analyst to provide insight and drive strategy for go-to-market teams.
The role is fully remote and part of the Data & Insights team, focusing on maximizing business impact through trusted and scalable data solutions.
Responsibilities include analyzing conversion metrics, developing customer health scoring models, creating executive reporting, identifying revenue optimization opportunities, and establishing data governance.
The Data Analyst will work with modern data stack technologies and directly influence strategic decisions.

Requirements:

Candidates must have the ability and/or willingness to use Camunda's product.
Advanced SQL proficiency is required, with the ability to write complex queries involving multi-table joins, CTEs, window functions, aggregations, and conditional filters.
Experience with at least one BI tool such as Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, or Mixpanel is necessary.
Proven ability to translate complex business logic into clear technical requirements and actionable insights is essential.
Experience working with multiple data sources and integrating disparate datasets is required.
Nice to haves include prior experience with CRM data (Salesforce and/or HubSpot), Git version control experience, knowledge of data modeling best practices, experience presenting data insights to executive stakeholders, and a background in SaaS or B2B sales analytics.
