As a Data Analyst, you will be part of a growing data team that acts as internal consultants to drive efficiency and growth through data.
You will collaborate with various teams including GTM, Product, and Operations to uncover insights, build tools and dashboards, and provide strategic recommendations.
The role requires a proactive individual who can navigate complex problems independently and thrive in ambiguity.
You will work alongside a BizOps Data Analyst and an Analytics Engineer to establish a consultative and strategic data function within the company.

Requirements:

You should have 5–8 years of experience in an analyst or business intelligence role, preferably in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Strong SQL skills and familiarity with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake are essential.
Experience in building dashboards and reports using tools like Sigma, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI platforms is required.
Familiarity with a modern data stack, including Snowflake, dbt, Polytomic, and Sigma, is necessary.
Excellent communication skills are needed to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders and provide context for insights.
A high ownership mindset is crucial; you should be proactive, curious, and driven to make a meaningful impact.
