The Data Engineer will be responsible for designing and building large-scale resilient data pipelines, ensuring high performance, scalability, and seamless integration with various frameworks.
Key responsibilities include designing and building data pipelines using frameworks like Apache Spark, Apache Flink, and Kafka, writing high-quality code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing new technologies.

Requirements:

A BSc, MSc, or PhD degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience is required.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Data Engineering or a similar role is necessary.
Experience with data modeling and ETL/ELT practices is essential.
Proficiency in one or more high-level Python or Java-based batch and/or stream processing frameworks such as Apache Spark, Apache Flink, or Kafka Streams is required.
Familiarity with relational and non-relational data stores, key-value stores, and search engines like PostgreSQL, ScyllaDB, Druid, ClickHouse, Redis, Hazelcast, and Elasticsearch is needed.
Familiarity with data workflow orchestration tools like Airflow or dbt is preferred.
Knowledge of storage formats such as Parquet, ORC, and/or Avro is required.
Proficiency in code versioning tools such as Git is necessary.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
