The role of Data Scientist - Product Analytics involves being a thought partner to the product team, using data to shape decisions and drive the product roadmap.
Responsibilities include overseeing the UI/UX of the product, predicting customer churn, analyzing customer platform usage, extracting cross-customer insights, identifying user friction points, and building a foundational data stack for future analyses.
This position reports directly to the Head of Product and is the first data scientist on the product team.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in product analytics.
A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field is required.
Expertise in SQL and proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language (such as Python or Java) is necessary.
The ideal candidate should be curious and skeptical of data, always questioning assumptions and digging deep.
Initiative is important; candidates should be able to spot opportunities and act on them.
Strong storytelling skills with data and a critical view on data visualizations are essential.
