Description:

A DevOps Engineer at Insider is responsible for the technological well-being of the company and has a significant impact on the Development Lifecycle.
The role involves leading all phases of distribution operations, including the development and automation of solutions for site availability.
The engineer will develop internal solutions and apply best practices to enhance and automate site reliability.
Collaboration with the development team is essential to support and develop continuous delivery and integration practices.
The position requires improving communication between development and operations teams and correcting errors from previous development stages.
The engineer will create analytical tools to provide actionable insights into application performance, efficiency, and quality.
In-depth code reviews will be analyzed and organized to dynamically improve applications and ensure timely project completion.
The engineer will maintain the speed, stability, reliability, and accessibility of core and revenue-critical services and applications, while also scaling and protecting the platform's cloud infrastructure.

Requirements:

Candidates must have hands-on experience with AWS, Google Cloud, and Huawei Cloud, including Kubernetes, S3, RDS, ELB, ECS, and Elastic Cache, along with a solid understanding of security applications.
Deployment experience in Terraform or Terragrunt with AWS, Google Cloud, or Huawei Cloud is required.
Comfort in configuring and supporting Linux-based servers and applications is necessary.
Familiarity with Git and Git Branching models is expected.
A solid knowledge of networking, VPCs, and Security Groups is required, along with the ability to troubleshoot any type of network traffic.
In-depth knowledge of designing, building, and maintaining CI and CD data lines is essential.
A good understanding of Docker technologies is required.
Experience in distributing a variety of software products for testing, staging, and manufacturing systems is necessary.
Candidates must be ready to participate in On-Call rotations.
An AWS, Google Cloud, or Huawei Cloud certification is a plus.
