Description:

Loka is seeking a DevOps Lead to deploy, secure, and maintain robust applications in production environments, primarily using AWS.
The role involves building and designing cloud infrastructure, leading technical projects from architecture to implementation, and orchestrating containers with Kubernetes.
The DevOps Lead will automate operations and implement CI/CD pipelines while ensuring security compliance.
The candidate will assess change implementation options, benefits, and risks, recommending the most appropriate approach with minimal assistance.
This position includes leading and mentoring a team of DevOps engineers, conducting regular one-on-one meetings, and providing clear, constructive feedback.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of DevOps experience and at least 3+ years of managing a team.
Proficiency in serverless compute, scripting, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes is required.
Experience with GitOps, CI/CD tools, AWS CDK/Terraform/CDKTF is necessary.
Knowledge of NodeJS, TypeScript, Python, and database administration is a plus.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
Strong client interaction and team skills are essential.
The candidate should demonstrate autonomy, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
Excellent English proficiency is mandatory, along with a clean criminal record and a CV written in English.
