Description:

Manage the company's IT infrastructure by upgrading and installing hardware and software.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues while maintaining networks and servers.
Possess extensive experience in system administration for cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS) and knowledge of multi-cloud infrastructure.
Create and automate alerting and monitoring system logs.
Build tools to improve incident management and software delivery.
Implement security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
Develop data retrieval and recovery procedures.
Supervise and mentor IT department employees while providing IT support.
Stay updated with advancements and best practices in IT administration.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or similar.
Professional qualification such as Microsoft, Oracle, or Cisco certification.
Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role.
Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
