Description:

• As a Django Python Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using the Django framework and Python programming language.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient software solutions.
• The role involves writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Python, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security of applications.
• You will implement front-end components and user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.
• The position requires designing and implementing data models, schemas, and database structures using Django ORM and relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• You will optimize database queries, indexes, and performance to ensure efficient data retrieval and storage.
• The role includes integrating third-party services, APIs, and external systems with Django applications to enable data exchange and functionality.
• You will develop RESTful APIs and web services for seamless communication between client-side and server-side components.
• Writing unit tests, integration tests, and automated test cases to validate the functionality, reliability, and performance of Django applications is essential.
• You will debug issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions to resolve bugs and errors in a timely manner.
• Utilizing version control systems such as Git to manage the codebase, collaborate with team members, and track changes in development projects is required.
• The position involves deploying web applications to production environments, configuring servers, and managing deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.

Requirements:

• You must have 2+ years of experience in Django web development and Python programming, with a strong portfolio of web applications/projects.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is required.
• A solid understanding of web development concepts, MVC architecture, RESTful APIs, and design patterns using Django is necessary.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL and database design principles is essential.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and collaborative development tools is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are important.

Benefits:

• The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 per year.
• This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from home.
• Compensation for this role is also available at a rate of $50 to $65 an hour.
