Clipbook is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join their team and contribute to building and scaling their platform.
This is a founding product engineering role that offers significant control, autonomy, and leadership in engineering strategy and execution.
The engineer will be responsible for rapidly delivering the product roadmap and interacting with customers to identify their needs.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, customer success, and sales, is essential to ensure products meet market demands.
Key responsibilities include full stack development, database architecture, AI/ML integration, technical leadership, and optimizing scalability and performance.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3-5+ years of experience in full stack development, with expertise in modern frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular, or Next, and backend technologies like Node, Python, or Java.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML model integration into production workflows is required, ideally using Python-based ML libraries.
Strong knowledge of database design and optimization, including SQL, NoSQL, and PostgreSQL, is necessary.
Proven experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining large data sets, with an understanding of cost considerations for storage, backups, and security.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and continuous deployment is essential.
The ability to lead API design and technical architecture to support integration with existing and future products is required.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to architect solutions for complex, dynamic workflows are necessary.
Exposure to natural language processing (NLP) or AI model fine-tuning is a plus.
