Description:

  • The software department at TRACTIAN is focused on creating an integrated ecosystem that transforms maintenance and process management.
  • The team develops an all-in-one software solution that combines predictive maintenance capabilities with a comprehensive Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • As a Frontend Software Engineer, you will develop and enhance key features for backend applications.
  • Your responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining advanced features for web applications, ensuring high standards of quality and innovation.
  • You will develop and implement feature enhancement strategies focusing on performance, scalability, and user engagement.
  • You will guide junior developers in advanced front-end practices to foster their professional growth.
  • Collaboration with back-end engineers and designers is essential to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of application features.
  • Staying updated with the latest front-end technologies and trends is crucial for continuous skill enhancement.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of front-end development experience is necessary, with at least one year dedicated to React.
  • An in-depth understanding of React principles, including hooks, context, and component lifecycle, is essential.
  • Experience in developing applications that manage complex workflows, such as ERPs, is required.
  • Proficiency in implementing and maintaining state management solutions like Redux, Zustand, or Jotai is necessary.
  • A strong understanding of web performance optimization, responsive design, and cross-platform compatibility is required.
  • Experience with React testing frameworks such as Jest or Vitest is essential.
