LearnWorlds is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join their dynamic Engineering Team remotely from Greece or Cyprus.
The role involves supporting the development and introduction of new features to enhance customer experience on the cloud-based e-learning platform.
Responsibilities include implementing new full-stack features, developing and maintaining scalable backend systems using PHP, building front-end components with Vue.js, and optimizing database queries for MongoDB and PostgreSQL.

The technology stack includes PHP, Go, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Beanstalk, Redis, and services from Google Cloud Platform.

Requirements:

Must have at least 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with expertise in PHP and modern JavaScript frameworks like Vue.js.
A strong understanding of backend technologies (HTTP, APIs, databases) and front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) is essential.
Hands-on experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases is required.
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to balance backend performance with intuitive front-end design.
A native or near-native Greek speaker is necessary for this position.
Nice-to-have qualifications include familiarity with microservices architecture, experience with Docker and Kubernetes, interest or experience in Go development, past experience with LMS systems or EdTech platforms, and contributions to open-source projects showcasing full-stack capabilities.
