We are seeking a talented Fullstack Engineer to join a fast-growing Parisian startup that has recently secured Series A funding.
The company aims to redefine how businesses handle complex challenges through intuitive, secure, and scalable solutions.
In this role, you will lead the development of full-stack solutions, from designing intuitive user interfaces to crafting robust backend systems.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI researchers and data scientists, to seamlessly integrate AI models into user-centric applications.
The position involves architecting scalable, maintainable systems that support the company’s rapid growth and mission to make a meaningful environmental impact.
You will drive innovation by exploring and implementing modern frameworks, APIs, and cloud solutions.
Mentoring and supporting junior developers will be part of your responsibilities, fostering an environment of collaboration and technical excellence.
You will also automate and optimize systems to deliver faster, more efficient solutions to both users and internal teams.

Requirements:

Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of computer science foundations is required.
You must have strong knowledge of core web technologies like React, Next.js, and Typescript; familiarity with Python and AWS is a plus.
A passion for both AI/LLMs and user experience and design is essential.
A commitment to collaborative teamwork, growth, and constructive feedback-seeking is necessary.
You should be humble and kind.
Experience working at early-stage startups is a plus.
Preferred skills include hands-on expertise working with Docker and Kubernetes, experience in a high availability SaaS, knowledge in data science, AI, and Machine Learning, and advanced knowledge in Python (Flask) and Vue.JS (or React/Angular).
