Requirements:

• Candidates must have 4+ years of software engineering experience with some knowledge of Haskell; production experience in Haskell is not required.
• A strong appreciation for good documentation and testing is essential, as well-documented and tested code is crucial for future success.
• The candidate should demonstrate a sense of ownership over their work, accountability for results, and supportiveness towards their team.
• Passion and pragmatism in problem-solving are necessary, with a focus on outcomes and user problem resolution.
• Strong technical judgment is required, with the ability to articulate tradeoffs clearly, especially in situations with incomplete information.
• Candidates should be able to make informed decisions that balance speed with quality and anticipate potential challenges.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS) and databases, specifically PostgreSQL, is also required.
