Netguru is seeking a passionate and proactive Senior IT System Engineer to join their team.
The role involves ownership and expertise in tools such as the Atlassian suite, Google Workspace, 1Password, and Slack.
Responsibilities include monitoring and securing networks and network devices within the Netguru office, updating network systems, and managing their life cycle.
The engineer will analyze the organization's IT needs and select and implement new technologies, applications, or solutions.
Close cooperation with other IT Operations Team members and support for the Leader of the IT Operations Team is required.
The position involves collaboration with other departments, particularly Security and Legal, to consult and implement IT, InfoSec, Legal, and Finance solutions.
The engineer will prepare and update documentation for both internal and stakeholder-facing purposes.
Knowledge sharing for IT & Sec teams and the broader Netguru organization is expected.
The role includes knowledge and implementation of change management processes across the company.
Automation support, verification, and process creation for non-tech departments are part of the responsibilities.
Participation in the procurement process for new tools, applications, and solutions is required.
The engineer will also automate processes and tools for the IT Ops department and maintain these automations.
Requirements:
Candidates must have at least 3 years of relevant prior experience.
Proven experience with Google Workspace Administration and Configuration, SAML, SSO, and API utilization is required.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently are essential.
Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level is necessary.
A flexible and proactive approach to tasks is expected.
Nice-to-haves include experience with middleware tools such as Make.com, Zapier, and Slack Workflows.
