Requirements:

Our ideal candidate has real production experience in Java backend development.
Candidates should ideally have experience with modern frameworks like Spring Boot.
Familiarity with cloud-native environments is required.
Candidates must have experience building and supporting distributed systems at scale.
Writing production-grade code with attention to reliability, maintainability, and testability is essential.
Fintech experience is a big plus, especially if candidates have worked on payments, banking products, etc.
Fluency in both Russian and English is required.
These backend roles are not just about API integration; candidates should understand how systems work under the hood, care about observability and performance, and want to build sustainable solutions.
