CI&T is seeking a Principal Software Developer (AI Tools) to join their team in Colombia, focusing on tech transformation by combining human expertise with AI.
The role involves customizing an innovative AI tool developed by a client, utilizing agentic Large Language Models (LLMs) with a focus on AutoGen to analyze RPG code effectively.
Responsibilities include collaborating with clients to generate comprehensive business and technical requirements, creating accelerators that convert these requirements into executable code, and implementing AI models to interpret RPG code.
The developer will create monitoring tools to assess the AI tool's effectiveness and work closely with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business objectives.
Staying updated with advancements in AI and machine learning is essential to continuously improve the tool's effectiveness.

Requirements:

Candidates must have solid experience in Python development.
Expertise in AI and agentic Large Language Models (LLMs) is required, with a strong emphasis on AutoGen.
Advanced or fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential for this role.
Experience working in a collaborative, remote environment is required.
Nice to have: Experience with cloud technologies, preferably Azure, and a basic understanding of RPG programming language concepts is a plus.
Familiarity with the mortgage industry and previous experience in customizing AI tools for specific business needs would be beneficial.
