Sleek is seeking a Junior Full Stack Engineer to work remotely, focusing on transforming the technology landscape through AI solutions.
The role involves architecting, developing, and deploying scalable systems that enhance operational efficiency and user satisfaction.
Responsibilities include delivering high-quality code, applying strong software architecture principles, leveraging AI tools, contributing to system stability, and engaging in collaborative development.
The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, UX/UI designers, and DevOps professionals.

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience as a Fullstack Engineer, AI Specialist, or in a similar role, with a focus on developing scalable applications using AI.
Proficiency in React, NodeJS/NestJS, Typescript, and SQL is required, along with hands-on experience in microservices. Experience with VueJS and MongoDB is a plus.
Applicants should be comfortable with MongoDB/Supabase and have a solid understanding of Clean/Hexagonal architecture, SOLID principles, ACID, and idempotency.
Familiarity with advanced AI ecosystems such as LangChain and LlamaIndex, as well as experience in prompt engineering, is essential.
A strong commitment to maintaining high testing standards, security patches, and thorough documentation for AI pipelines is necessary.
Candidates must possess excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with Agile teams across various disciplines.
Knowledge of AWS/GCP and experience deploying microservices to Kubernetes is required, along with an understanding of MLOps and AI model lifecycle management.
The ability to work independently or as part of a team is crucial, with a focus on driving projects from ideation to production.
