The role involves leading a remote team of 75+ freelancers who perform rule-based web research across the Link Product family.
Responsibilities include designing business processes, driving process and technology improvements, and partnering with quality control to address quality issues.
The position requires planning and controlling business processes associated with Veeva Link products and supporting execution by removing barriers for team members.
The primary focus is on improving process efficiency and reducing defects while helping direct reports improve their performance and grow into larger roles.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in a field related to business, engineering, or life sciences is required.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is required.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Nice to have: A Master’s degree or above in a related field, 1+ years of working experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or data industry, and 1+ years of experience in people management, process management, or remote leadership.
Proficiency with SQL or Python is also a plus.
