  • The company is seeking a Tech Lead to guide the development of its machine learning infrastructure team.
  • This role is critical for scaling AI systems that support the creation and deployment of interactive, multimodal AI characters.
  • Responsibilities include leading the design, development, and maintenance of scalable machine learning infrastructure for AI-driven applications.
  • The Tech Lead will implement and optimize the deployment of ML models for low-latency and high-availability performance.
  • Collaboration with product, engineering, and research teams is essential to integrate AI models into the platform.
  • The role involves developing monitoring and feedback loops for continuous model improvement based on real-world data.
  • The Tech Lead will spearhead initiatives to optimize infrastructure for cost, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Ensuring the machine learning infrastructure adheres to best practices in security and reliability is also a key responsibility.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 5+ years of experience working with machine learning infrastructure in a production environment, preferably for a consumer-facing product.
  • A minimum of 2 years of management experience is preferred.
  • Proven experience in leading teams to build scalable ML systems and pipelines is required.
  • Expertise with cloud platforms, such as AWS, and container orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes is necessary.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch are essential.
  • Experience in monitoring and managing deployed models using tools like A/B testing, telemetry, or model performance tracking is required.
  • Excellent communication skills are needed to effectively work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A passion for AI and enthusiasm for its applications in creative and social contexts is important.
