Remote Lead Software Engineer I, Frontend

• The Lead Software Engineer I, Frontend will work as an individual contributor with 80% of their time spent on hands-on coding, collaborating with other frontend engineers.
• Responsibilities include delivering frontend features, conducting unit tests, participating in user acceptance testing, and providing support during production validation testing.

• Adherence to good engineering practices, commitment to code quality, and implementation of robust testing methodologies are essential.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in delivering customer-facing frontend applications.
• Proven experience as a Lead Frontend Engineer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Angular and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Extensive experience in UI development and design principles.
• Familiarity with NgRx, RESTful APIs, web services integration, and web authentication.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience with AWS, CI/CD, and Python are a plus.

• Competitive salary range of $78,000 - $124,000 per year with an annual incentive bonus based on individual and company performance.
