The company is looking for an experienced Lead Unity Developer to join their internal Studio Team.
The Lead Unity Developer will drive the development of exceptional games using cutting-edge internal tools.
Responsibilities include managing developers, ensuring code quality, coordinating with other leads, suggesting new concepts, and mentoring junior developers.
The role requires collaboration with tech leaders to drive technical innovation and support the hiring process for new developers.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience working on Unity projects.
Previous experience managing and/or mentoring remote teams with diverse cultural backgrounds is required.
A significant track record of released mobile games, particularly casual games, is necessary.
Strong understanding of mobile game development processes, including pre-production and release pipeline management, is essential.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment are required.
A strong interest in the casual gaming genre and trends is important.
Experience with Live Game mechanics and tech, such as Live Operations and A/B testing, is preferred.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across cross-functional teams are necessary.
Fluency in English is required.
It is a plus to have contributed to the development and ongoing support of live games that have been globally released for over two years.
