Join Hostinger as a Linux System Administrator in the Web Hosting cPanel Team, working remotely from Yogyakarta or Jakarta.
Play a vital role in building, monitoring, maintaining, automating, and supporting the infrastructure that hosts over 7 million websites.
Collaborate in shift rotations to respond to product service alerts and incidents, particularly for WHM/cPanel services, ensuring rapid and effective solutions.
Troubleshoot production issues using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Kibana, with full access to the infrastructure to debug and resolve complex problems.
Maintain Linux servers by handling regular maintenance tasks to ensure peak performance.
Continuously enhance tools and software with a strong focus on efficiency.
Drive automation across projects by optimizing and automating processes using scripting and Ansible to boost team productivity.
Solve complex technical problems by diving into the technical stack of WHM/cPanel products, identifying and documenting root causes, and collaborating with the team to resolve them.

Requirements:

Experience in Linux system administration with a strong passion for monitoring, especially in hosting or WHM/cPanel environments.
