Description:

The M365 AI Developer will be responsible for architecting and delivering solutions leveraging Microsoft 365 Copilot, Generative AI, and extensibility.
This role requires technical depth in Microsoft 365 architecture and strong communication skills to articulate solution benefits to non-technical stakeholders.
The developer will work closely with sales teams to develop winning proposals and establish themselves as a trusted advisor for clients during their digital transformation journey.
Key responsibilities include designing high-level architectures and code development for Generative AI and Copilot Extensibility solutions, collaborating with internal teams to create solutions and technical documentation, developing live demos of Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities, and customizing demo environments for specific use cases.
The role also involves participating in industry events, contributing to knowledge-sharing initiatives, staying up-to-date with Microsoft advancements, ensuring solution feasibility and alignment with client architecture, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 architecture and experience building AI solutions, with a preference for M365 Extensibility.
Expertise in Microsoft 365, Copilot extensibility, Azure AI, Microsoft Graph API, and Power Platform is essential.
Proven consulting skills are necessary, including the ability to engage clients, understand their needs, and translate them into innovative technical solutions.
Strong presentation, demonstration, and communication skills are required.
Candidates should possess analytical skills to create compelling business cases demonstrating ROI and strategic value for clients investing in Microsoft 365 and AI technologies.
Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or Azure AI Engineer Associate, are a plus.
