Remote Machine Learning Engineer

Description:

• The Machine Learning Engineer will partner with technical (ML/AI) and product stakeholders to design an effective multimodal AI platform that includes audio, video, and text generation.
• The role involves designing and implementing necessary pipeline components to enable new use cases.
• The engineer will develop components for a multimodal Python pipeline that involves audio, video, and text generation in a low latency, streaming regime.
• Responsibilities also include collecting and analyzing datasets stored in various databases such as SQL, PostgreSQL, and vector datastores like Pinecone.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is required for this position.
• Candidates must have expertise in Data Pipeline Engineering, specifically in developing and maintaining data pipelines to collect, process, and transform data, as well as performing data manipulation and analysis.
• Expertise in Model Development & Optimization is necessary, including the ability to create ML model prototypes (e.g., for classification), LLM workflows (e.g., using LLM agents), and performing model evaluation.
• Experience with Model Deployment & Monitoring is essential, including implementing and deploying machine learning models into production and setting up robust monitoring systems to track performance and model drift.
• Candidates should have experience with cloud computing (GCP or AWS) and data engineering.
• A formal training in Computer Science or an Engineering discipline (Bachelor’s or Master’s) is required.
