Responsibilities include project management, team leadership, ML model productization, developing ML Proof of Concepts, overseeing ML model lifecycles, translating business requirements into software implementations, exploring emerging technologies, defining project strategies, knowledge sharing, and participating in technical interviews.

Requirements:

Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in client interactions are essential.
Proven work experience in roles such as Machine Learning Engineer, ML Architect, or similar is required.
In-depth understanding of AI/ML principles, including neural networks and various ML models, is necessary.
Familiarity with Modern Data Architectures, including Data Warehouses and Data Lakes, as well as DevOps methodologies, is required.
Previous involvement with data processing ETL and ML workflows is essential.
Understanding of Deep Learning frameworks such as Keras, PyTorch, and Tensorflow is necessary.
Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in at least one other strongly typed language are required.
Knowledge of mathematical modeling and proficient statistical intuition is necessary.
Experience in implementing Machine Learning-based systems and setting up MLOps pipelines is required.
Strategic thinking and the ability to develop implementation plans are essential.
An intermediate level of English and an advanced level of Spanish are required.
