The role of Machine Learning Engineer involves leading the framing, development, and deployment of machine learning models to assess the risk of various business classes.

Team members have full ownership over their projects and are expected to drive the project’s direction.
The team operates in two-week sprints and collaborates closely with Product Management and Software Engineers.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in engineering and data science.
A strong work ethic is essential, with a focus on overcoming obstacles and a determination to get things done.
An in-depth understanding of applied machine learning algorithms, particularly in NLP and statistics, is required.
Proficiency in Python and its major data science libraries is necessary, along with experience deploying models and algorithms in production.
Candidates should be comfortable with both data science and the engineering aspects required to bring models to production.
A willingness to use a wide range of technologies to find the right tool for the job is important.
Open, frank, and respectful communication is valued.
