The AI Agent team aims to create advanced AI Agents that address practical customer problems using Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI Agent systems.
The role involves hands-on work on innovative projects, focusing on developing and deploying proprietary LLMs and scaling AI solutions.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying AI Agent solutions, improving reasoning and planning capabilities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The position requires leading initiatives to scale AI systems for production environments and contributing to the future roadmap for Cresta’s AI Agents.
The role emphasizes innovation in security, cost-efficiency, and reliability of AI systems.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience is required.
Candidates must have 3+ years of hands-on industry experience with AI and machine learning, including at least 1+ years of experience working with LLMs in production environments.
Strong knowledge of basic machine learning concepts and methods, particularly in NLP and GenAI, is essential.
Practical expertise in modern machine learning frameworks and technologies such as PyTorch, Tensorflow, Hugging Face, and NumPy is required.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset are necessary, along with a passion for applying AI solutions in real-world scenarios.
