As a member of the Protocols team, you will research new cryptoassets and integrate them into Anchorage Digital’s platform.
You will implement features like staking, governance, and vesting, and develop scalable abstractions across all crypto-networks.
The role involves supporting assets through upgrades and monitoring for network-wide issues.
You will contribute to and review code across the entire stack and engineering organization.

Requirements:

You should have real-world experience building complex distributed systems, preferably using Go, but other languages can be learned.
A strong focus on building resilient services that can handle varying workloads without manual intervention is necessary.
You must care about code quality and test infrastructure.
Comfort in diving into the stack and open-source projects to troubleshoot bugs is required.
Prioritizing end-user experience and business value over technology is essential.
A solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, such as concurrency, algorithms, and data structures, is expected.
