Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Lead to join our client's team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), strong technical abilities, and proven experience in client-facing roles.
This position requires in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite, system integrations, cloud platforms, and leadership capabilities in delivering technical solutions for various business needs.
Responsibilities include leading technical workshops, designing and developing solutions in Dynamics 365, overseeing integrations, providing expertise in data migration, and ensuring compliance with best practices.
The role also involves developing solutions using various programming languages, managing cloud resources, setting up DevOps pipelines, and participating in pre-sales engagements.

Requirements:

The candidate must have 12-14 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Service) and the Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite.
Strong expertise in integration architecture and patterns using middleware tools and APIs is required.
Hands-on experience with C#, JavaScript, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, SSRS, and Microsoft developer toolkits is essential.
Knowledge of cloud integration using Azure services such as Azure Functions and Service Bus is necessary.
Experience in data migration and harmonization using Azure Data Factory and other third-party tools is required.
Familiarity with DevOps pipeline setups for CRM systems is expected.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and independent thinking skills are essential.
The candidate should have the ability to lead and deliver technical solutions for complex requirements and experience working with Agile methodologies.
Proven ability to engage with business stakeholders and manage technical delivery teams is required.
Preferred qualifications include certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales, Service, and Customizations, as well as experience in financial services or banking sectors.
