Description:

Alan is looking for a Mobile Engineer with 3+ years of experience in developing mobile applications using React Native.
The engineer will work on high-impact and high-risk projects involving multiple engineers.
Responsibilities include designing efficient systems and engineering practices to facilitate interactions between different teams/products.
The role offers the opportunity to mentor other engineers, lead crews, and contribute to the hiring process.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of React Native best practices, performance optimization, and cross-platform development.
Familiarity with native mobile development concepts and APIs (iOS and Android) is required.
Understanding of mobile app deployment processes and app store guidelines is essential.
The engineer should be passionate about building products, self-starting, entrepreneurial, collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching.
Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Python and TypeScript is a plus but not mandatory.

Requirements:
