Description:

Honest Networks, Inc. is looking for a Network Operations Center (NOC) Senior Associate to manage the organization's network infrastructure and ensure optimal performance.
The role involves supervising and coordinating NOC activities, monitoring network performance, developing standard operating procedures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in network management, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead a remote team effectively.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in network management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Knowledge of OpenNMS, LibreNMS, zabbix preferred.
Experience with Mikrotik and Siklu preferred.
Proficiency in network monitoring tools and software.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to lead and collaborate in a remote team environment.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
