Description:

Smartbridge is seeking an AI Engineer focused on Microsoft Copilot to develop and optimize AI-driven solutions using Copilot and Microsoft AI services.
The role is remote and full-time, requiring 2-4 years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning models, and cloud-based AI services.
The candidate will be responsible for developing and customizing AI-driven Copilot solutions to enhance business workflows.
Responsibilities include integrating Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, and Azure AI services into enterprise applications, designing and optimizing AI models for predictive analytics, and implementing natural language processing and machine learning models.
The engineer will collaborate with business users and developers to define customization and integration needs, perform data preprocessing, and ensure AI models are secure and optimized for performance.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field is required.
Candidates should have AI-related certifications such as Azure AI Engineer, OpenAI Developer, or Microsoft Copilot certification, which are preferred.
Experience in industries such as Oil & Gas, Healthcare, or Food & Beverage is a plus.
The role is 100% remote, and candidates must be available for the second shift to overlap with the US team until Noon CST.
There is a 3-month probation period before full-time confirmation, during which any required certifications must be completed if not already held.
Technical skills required include proficiency in Microsoft Copilot & OpenAI Services, Python or R for AI/ML model development, Azure AI Services, and data engineering skills such as SQL and ETL operations.

The position offers a full-time engagement with a start date around May 5th, 2025.
Candidates will undergo a structured recruitment process, including a 45-60 minute TestGorilla assessment to evaluate their skills.
