Description:

  • Landmark Digital is seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud and HCM Specialist to join their dynamic team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
  • The role involves integrating Oracle HCM Cloud applications with other systems and services, focusing on the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle cloud solutions.
  • Key responsibilities include designing, configuring, and deploying integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), developing integration flows, and troubleshooting integration issues.
  • The specialist will support the implementation and customization of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, ensuring data integrity and configuring workflows in collaboration with HR and IT teams.
  • The position requires collaboration with business users to gather functional requirements, document system configurations, and prepare reports based on integrated data.
  • The role also includes training end-users on Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities and staying updated with new features in Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle HCM.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle HCM Cloud is essential.
  • A strong understanding of integration concepts such as SOAP, REST APIs, Web Services, and FTP is necessary.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules like Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits is required.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and other enterprise systems is needed.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud security, roles, and data privacy regulations is important.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are required.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment is essential.
