Description:

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Planning Engineer specializing in Life Sciences, Pharma, and Data Centres within the Real Estate department.
The role involves establishing processes, templates, and tools, setting cost and schedule baselines, and monitoring performance while considering risks, opportunities, and changes.
Responsibilities include identifying deviations, recommending corrective actions, evaluating project targets, cooperating with cost managers, guiding contractors, and acting as the main client contact for delivery and commercial issues.
The position requires controlling costs, managing change, leading planning sessions, coordinating with vendors, participating in risk evaluations, and ensuring timely updates of project schedules.

Requirements:

Proven experience in project controls coordination throughout the project lifecycle, specifically in the life sciences or data centre sectors.
Ability to analyze data, determine corrective actions, and evaluate information critically.
Proficiency in MS Office and Primavera P6.
Commitment to delivering excellent service, working autonomously or as part of a team, strong time management skills, and the ability to meet project deadlines.
Motivated, driven, and passionate about client delivery with the capacity to work independently.
