Description:

The Bounteous Business Intelligence team is seeking a Principal Business Intelligence Analyst to lead reporting, dashboarding, and analysis for strategic clients.
The role requires a strong understanding of digital analytics, data visualization, marketing tactics, and strategies to provide recommendations and insights in program reporting.
Responsibilities include establishing discovery and insight cadence with clients and strategy teams, developing regular and ad hoc analyses, and implementing analytics measurement plans.
The analyst will acquire data from primary or secondary sources and work with data implementation teams to ensure proper data tracking and aggregation.
Ongoing quality assurance of data is essential, including identifying and correcting inaccuracies.
The role involves direct client interaction to present analysis and report on marketing initiatives.
The analyst will manage and grow analytics partnerships and stay updated on cutting-edge technologies and vendors.
Recognizing opportunities for process efficiencies and collaborating across teams to implement enhancements is also a key responsibility.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience is required.
Candidates should have 5-7+ years of digital agency experience.
A minimum of 5-7+ years of experience presenting to clients and/or internal senior leadership, both remotely and in person, is necessary.
The ability to derive and communicate actionable insights that drive strategic decisions is essential, leveraging client dashboards and developing data storytelling.
Experience with data visualization platforms such as Looker Studio, Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI for 3-5+ years is required.
Candidates should have 3-5+ years of experience working with Google Analytics data.
Strong proficiency in Excel is necessary.
Attention to detail and organizational skills with a high respect for quality control are important.
Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and cross-functional/cultural environment.
