Currently, we are looking for a Python Application Engineer for Promethean AI.
Promethean AI is an innovative startup transforming the film and entertainment industry with cutting-edge AI tools.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining advanced applications using Python and PyQt, managing and designing databases for efficient data handling, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new features and improve existing ones, staying ahead of industry trends, and tackling challenging technical issues with a proactive attitude.

Requirements:

Expert knowledge of PyQt and strong proficiency in Python are required.
A solid understanding of databases (SQL) is necessary.
Bonus skills include an obsession with user experience, experience with REST APIs, AWS/Azure/GCP, Linux, and macOS, and familiarity with Blender, Unreal Engine, Unity, Maya, or AI technologies.
Previous startup experience is a plus but not mandatory.
A positive attitude towards receiving feedback and a consistent, proactive approach to communication are essential.
A passion for learning and a commitment to continually improving skills are important traits for candidates.

All new hires will undergo a probation period with check-ins at 1 month and 3 months to ensure mutual fit and guarantee success.
