Remote React Native Engineer (5- 8 Years)

Description:

• Zeller, a fast-growing Australian scale-up, is seeking a Senior React Native Engineer to join their in-house mobile app team.
• The engineer will have the opportunity to influence technology and architecture choices, contribute to a world-class engineering culture, and build new banking and payments products.
• Responsibilities include leading the implementation of major product features, setting code quality standards, performing code reviews, and ensuring the quality and performance of the Zeller mobile app.
• The ideal candidate should have experience in building mobile apps using React Native, demonstrated leadership in defining code standards, and a background in native iOS and/or Android development.
• Other requirements include experience with typescript, graphql, testing practices, and working in a product-driven team.
• Additional exposure to CI pipelines, AWS, and knowledge of Apple and Android's UX guidelines is beneficial.

Requirements:

• Experience building mobile apps with React Native framework.
• Demonstrated leadership in defining and uplifting code standards within a team.
• Experience with native iOS and/or Android development and rolling out apps to the App Store.
• Proficiency in typescript, graphql, and testing practices.
• Ability to work in a product-driven team and deliver highly performant mobile applications.
• Excellent communication, planning skills, and knowledge of software engineering best practices.
