We are seeking an exceptional Agent Behavior Scientist to study and optimize how AI agents interact, collaborate, and evolve within large-scale networks.

The position involves developing novel approaches to understanding and optimizing agent behavior patterns and interaction dynamics.
Core responsibilities include studying and analyzing agent behavior patterns in complex networks, designing experiments to understand agent interaction dynamics, and developing frameworks for measuring agent effectiveness.
The role also requires creating models of agent behavior and collaboration, researching optimal patterns for agent coordination, identifying and addressing behavioral failure modes, and shaping the evolution of agent interaction patterns.
Research areas focus on agent interaction patterns and dynamics, emergent behavior in agent networks, collaborative intelligence optimization, agent communication effectiveness, behavioral failure modes and solutions, agent adaptation and learning patterns, and social dynamics in agent networks.

Requirements:

A PhD or equivalent experience in AI, Complex Systems, Cognitive Science, or a related field is required.
Candidates must have a deep understanding of multi-agent systems and behavior.
Experience studying emergent behavior in complex systems is essential.
Strong analytical and experimental design skills are necessary.
A track record of novel research in agent systems is expected.
The ability to translate behavioral insights into practical improvements is important.
An interest in both theoretical and applied research is preferred.
Proven research experience in agent systems or related fields is required.
Strong programming and data analysis skills are necessary.
Experience with experimental design and analysis is essential.
A track record of impactful research publications is required.
Understanding of AI/ML fundamentals is necessary.
Experience with behavioral analysis frameworks is preferred.
