Description:
Zingtree is seeking a SaaS Solutions Architect with project management skills for post-sales implementation.
The role is an individual contributor position focused on executing end-to-end implementations.
Responsibilities include guiding clients through the technical aspects of the implementation process, from initial systems integrations to workflow design and go-live.
The architect will work closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to manage project timelines, configure integrations, oversee AI workflow enablement, and ensure solutions meet customer-specific needs.
Key responsibilities include solution design and customization, technical configuration and integration, client onboarding and planning, stakeholder collaboration, risk and issue management, testing and validation, training and enablement, go-live and post-implementation support, and project management.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in solutions architect, customer engineering, or technical project implementation roles, with at least 4+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS, preferably in customer support or contact center solutions.
Hands-on experience with automation technologies, middleware, integration architecture patterns, authentication protocols, web services technologies, enterprise messaging patterns, APIs, SOA, ESB, BPM, SDKs, and Databases is required.
Front-end development skills, including custom coding (JS, CSS) and data objects (JSON, ETL), are necessary, along with the ability to understand and explain technical requirements related to AI technology.
Candidates should have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience interfacing with customers to manage expectations and resolve issues.
Strong organizational and project management skills are essential.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) is required.
