Wander is a fast-growing startup revolutionizing the travel industry, seeking a Sales Enablement Engineer to join their engineering team.
This role focuses on automating and optimizing the sales process, particularly in onboarding homes onto the Wander platform.
The position requires a passion for software design, CRM systems, and AI integrations, along with 2+ years of development experience.
Responsibilities include automating the sales process, maintaining the Hubspot CRM system, integrating RingCentral, and implementing AI sales tools.
The engineer will develop custom integrations and AI automations using TypeScript or Python, create data dashboards, and collaborate with sales and engineering teams to identify improvements.
The tech stack includes TypeScript for the core platform and API, and Python for the data platform, with a focus on REST API and PostgreSQL database via Prisma.

Requirements:

A true passion for writing code and automating processes is essential.
Candidates must have 2+ years of professional development experience, preferably in a sales enablement or CRM-related role.
Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python is required.
Experience with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot, is necessary.
Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and their applications in sales is important.
A strong understanding of API integrations and data management is needed.
Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation is required.
The ability to design and implement solutions based on sales team needs is essential.

Providing detailed reviews of pull requests from other developers on the team is expected.
