Description:
As a Salesforce Solutions Architect, you will play an integral role in ensuring high client satisfaction through the design and development of scalable, high-quality Salesforce services and solutions.
You will be responsible for owning the overall design of the technical application and recommending best practice solutions based on client business needs.
This position is 100% remote and is a permanent role; contractors, third-party candidates, or sponsorships are not accepted.
Primary responsibilities include participating in customer requirements and solution design workshops, capturing and mapping business requirements to system/technical requirements, and identifying gaps and risks.
You will assess and make recommendations on processes, designs, operations, and testing, while managing the entire software development lifecycle.
The role involves leading design and code reviews, analyzing and mitigating bugs and issues, and leading release planning and deployment.
You will design, develop, test, and document scalable, high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform, and conduct various testing phases including unit, integration, and performance testing.
Supporting pre-sales engagements and writing technical specifications jointly with the developer team are also key aspects of the role.
You will work closely with clients to assess their current architecture and architect solutions that meet their needs, articulating the value of recommended solutions.
Requirements:
A minimum of 7 years of consultant experience in a client-facing role is required.
At least 5 years of Salesforce implementation experience is necessary.
Strong experience in leading technical requirements gathering and solution design sessions with clients is essential.
You must have superior experience in identifying and documenting business processes and technical requirements, as well as developing process flow analysis and functional design.
Experience in writing user stories to capture business requirements is required.
You should have experience managing a project team relevant to the delivery of the technical solution.
Strong experience in enterprise-level projects using Agile software development methodologies throughout the development lifecycle is necessary.
You must have experience designing or building Salesforce integrations with third-party systems and with data migrations from third-party systems to Salesforce.
Familiarity with third-party solutions that support vertical objectives is preferred.
Strong Salesforce development and design skills, including Apex, Lightning, SOQL, Process Builder, Flow, and other Salesforce automation tools, are required.
You should understand all aspects of Salesforce current and future release functionality, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Communities.
Knowledge of scalability and maintainability, as well as when to use declarative versus code solutions, is essential.
Strong experience in leading release planning and deployment, conducting various testing phases, and leading design and code reviews is required.
A Salesforce Administrator Certification is mandatory.
