Description:

Conduct requirements analysis and create detailed technical specifications for SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
Design customized end-to-end solutions focusing on SAP SuccessFactors based on best practices and industry standards.
Develop solution architectures, including system integrations, data models, and security designs.
Provide technical consulting and support to customers in implementing and utilizing SAP SuccessFactors.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions for customers and project teams.
Collaborate closely with functional consultants, developers, and project managers to ensure successful implementations.
Develop and enhance best practices and standards for SAP SuccessFactors implementations.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, with a focus on solution architecture.
Proven experience in designing and architecting SAP SuccessFactors solutions for global companies.
Deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and their integration capabilities.
Experience in leading and coordinating IT implementation projects.
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, as well as problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
SAP SuccessFactors certifications are desirable.
