• The Senior AI-Enabled Full-Stack Developer will integrate AI into the product experience to solve real-world problems at scale.
• The role involves critical thinking about user needs, challenging assumptions, and building with precision and purpose.
• Responsibilities include influencing product direction, designing scalable architectures, building full-stack applications using Next.js, TypeScript, shadcn/ui, Supabase/Postgres, and edge functions, and developing AI-driven workflows.
• The developer will lead code reviews, mentor peers, monitor and optimize performance, security, and cost in production environments, and collaborate asynchronously with global teams across product, design, and operations.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in production web applications, with at least 3+ years using React/Next.js 14+.
• Expertise in TypeScript, modern React patterns, and API/system design is required.
• Strong knowledge of Postgres/MySQL and CI/CD automation is essential.
• Experience in integrating and evaluating AI/LLMs is necessary.
• Candidates should be able to write comprehensive tests, including unit, integration, and E2E tests.
• A passion for using AI to streamline development is expected.
• Strong communication skills, especially in asynchronous settings, are important.
• Candidates should be data-driven, collaborative, precise, and value correctness and clarity over speed.
• Curiosity about practical AI use, rather than hype, is a desired trait.
